Today (before 4-5 hours) i had a wand from dungeon in the tavern , so ofcourse i took it , i skipped the quest because i was excited and then no xp and no wand appearen from the quest . Sorry but i couldnt make a SS and i didn't have time to report the bug earlier.

This could have happened because of lag. When you click on all three quests it can be that an item is actually for quest 1 but the image is shown for quest 2 due to lag.
The solution is to click through all three quests twice and don't choose one too quickly.
Another explanation would be that you cancelled the quest or someone had access to your computer.

my pc is fast and my net too , so i didn't take other quest accidently , and no ,noone knows my pw , and as i sayd i didn't take XP tooComment

It also depends on the server if it is busy for example. Is Flash up to date? There are no known bugs that items disappear or are not rewarded...such issues always turned out to be because of old Flash versions, a brother secretly playing the account or the issue I wrote in my first post. Quest battles are very seldomly lost so I didn't think of it.
