Time zone problem after update? 00:00 -> 01:00

Hi,

After a server restart (23-02-2012 15:16:07), the time that the quests resets shifted from 00:00 to 01:00.
My time zone is +01 (Amsterdam)

Time in guild chat is also 1 hour off.

Using version 1.60.424
Server Ver Cfg 395

The English Hamsters powering our server werent fed and died, so they moved them to Spain to let the Spanish Hamsters handle the workload?

So change it back and fix this annoying problem.

It's not possible. It had to be done due to varous reasons.
