Odd behaviour from ignored players

Today I was surprised to see a reply from a player (from another guild) who is in my ignore list to a message which was sent to my guild. Somehow the ignore player is not functioning anymore and what is really worrying me is that my messages to guild are sent to ignored players .
The player name who sent me the message is fyfyloayca. He replyed me to Koku naked message sent to guild on 22.11.17 06:51.
