World 17 International is still down for me after 1 hour and 20 minutes:(

    World 17 International is still down for me after 1 hour and 20 minutes:(

    Hi there

    Maintenance was about 1 hour 20 minutes ago at 3-00 a.m. GMT (4-00 a.m. CET), yet I still am unable to login to International World 17. Other worlds are fine.

    Usually even when slow, it rarely takes more then 15/30 minutes to get back online and usually a lot less time.

    Is there a server problem with W17? I get the "server can't be reached" message...

    I still can't login to W17 3 hours + after maintenance! I have no problem logging into other worlds, so it is clearly not a browser issue...

    I use mainly Chrome (latest version), but I also tried Firefox with no joy. I did the usual stuff, emptied cache, etc. My Adobe flash is up to date and Flash permission granted...

    I would like to know if others are also affected similarly. Although at this time probably not many would be online!

            MAybe they are tracking all the muti-account players.. it can take a lot of time :-))

              The Message "Maintenance" only shows, that the Server is physically not reachable, because the Server isn't working online. Messages with "Connection..." shows the Server is working, but there are Probs with the Network.

              Sunday there is no maintenance... so its a technical problem with the server. It's reported and "Work in Progress".

                Yes W17 is running again

                However there have been a number of crashes to the login screen for me over the last few hours.

                In some ways I regret using World 17 for my main character.

                I find especially over the last few months, that other servers are more stable overall and crash less!

                    It is not just the fact that I am unable to login now, or the other day. For months there have been disconnects a number of times a day on W17, but not on other servers which are stable for me...

                        Unfortunately, we had some severe hardware issues. At the moment we are checking them and will come up with a solution as soon as possible.
