"Top 1000 topper" achivement bugged

I've successfully "lured" player with underworld rank 967 but did not get the achievement.

It is the normal HOF rank that matters, not the underworld rank.

the underworld hof is irrelevant, the normal hof matters.

Now I beat player on 997 position in HoF (non underworld), but achievement TOP 1000 is still dead...

The player might be outside the top 1000 when you beat him/her. The ranks constanly change so you might have checked the rank, 997 was displayed but the second you attack the player his/her rank might have decreased.

I attacked on player who had 957 position (147 567 honor) and space between 957 and 1000 is more than 2000 honor, so it's impossible to fall less than 1000...
I don't think this is right procedure...

It was a normal arena attack. You did not lure the player into the underworld.

I'm sorry I have to revive this topic, because there definitely is something wrong with it:

I started attacking Top100 players yesterday (without ever attacking any Rank101-1000-Players); apparently the achievement thinks Players in the top100 are not in the top1000.

I assume "top1000" is defined as "rank101 - 1000" in the game instead of "1 - 1000"

top 100 is 2-100
top 1000 is 101-1000
it's probably easier to program it like this
