Android app notification

Hi, I have some problems with the "new" app for Android (I mean, not the classic app), the notifications dont work. I have enabled every single notifications on my phone for this app and enabled "sound + vibration" inside the app but they still not work.

I have also tried to remove all the data for the app and reinstalled it.

The classic app is working flawless.

I have a Xiaomi Redmi 4 Pro/Prime with MIUI 9 (but with MIUI 8 was the same), does anyone else have this problem? I have no problem with other apps. Any tips?
