Bug - forget my login data

I know this bug has been reported for a lot of people but COME ON! This is so god damn annoying, every time I refresh or simply open the game in my browser, it "forgets" my login personal data and take me to the sign up page!

Already tried Chrome, Opera, Opera Neon and now Mozilla Firefox: in every browser I get this bug. Sometimes I even need about 15 refreshes to be able to get into my account without having to write my login data again.

It depends on your settings and the browser. It's not the game's fault.

This bug occur with the default settings? Or it only happens after we change something?

Because this is my 2nd laptop and I still get this

It happens from time to time and affects everyone. I also have to enter my name and password again, often after a browser or Flash update for example.

lol everytime I complained about the exact same thing I was told it was flash. TBH I think it is programing issue as it has been happening about a year after the revamp. never once have I heard though that it was actually looked into.

Of course it is Flash- and browser-based. Moreover, cookies only last for a specific number of days. I also have to log in again to websites from time to time although "remember me" is ticked.

Still happens to me all the time. Curious that is literally the only website where this occurs.
EDIT - Does Playa have any intention to fix this with the new version, since it won't be Flash based?

It is due to Flash but our other games do not have this problem (SoccerStar for example). I had to enter my password every day the last few days but found a workaround (I play in Chrome):

When prompted to enter your login just ignore everything and simply refresh the browser. I am magically logged in every time!

I have benn using this "trick" for months and it always works but I have to note that in some cases I have to refresh the page more than one time before I log in succesfully.

Try internet explorer or edge if you have windows 10. Alternatively comodo dragon.

The thing is that, SOMETIMES (to be honest, most of the times), I have to refresh more than 20x in order to gey my data back together :/

Not really a fan of Edge/Explorer, but will try out comodo!
