Guild battles - can't watch

Any news to what is going on with the guild attack/defence battles?
Half of the time we cannot view the results - it kicks you from the app or website...

only we can see the honor won/lost in the guild chat.
this is happening all the time on W23.

an update on to the bug fix would be appreciated.

why we have to send a ticket? It is not a single person issue, it happens with whole server. We can't solve this by forum? Technical support does not care of the forum? If so, why this "Bugs & Complaints" section even exist?

i thought this bug was already known, that's why i came here for news...

nobody sent a complaint ticket yet?, i find that hard to believe :O

if this is happening during the many server resets recently it is happening it seems if not on all servers but many servers. the resets ness with it. if the war is in your battles mail u ca watch it from there.
