No bonus with my Mount

I have a Wolf as a mount and its supposed to give me a 20% bonus off my travel duration, and IT'S NOT!!!!
I only seen it work when Im in my last 10 minutes of thurst for adventure. Most of the time it does not work.

Is anyone else having this problem?

FAQ:

1) How do I know that I've successfully leased a mount?

Click on "Character". Your current mount is displayed under your character description.

2) When will the duration be shortened?

After having leased a mount the duration will be shortened the next time you start a new adventure/quest. The new, shortened duration will be displayed automatically.

How long do your quests take? The long ones normally take 20 minutes without a mount...and 16 with a wolf. Have another look at the duration of your quests. If this does not solve your issue, I can log in to your account and check things.

Also make sure to have the latest browser and Flash version installed.
Moreover, press control+F5 to refresh the Flash content.

Yes the mount is on my character screen, and I even extended the duration to see if that would fix the bug, but no joy.

Its been 3 day and the issue has not been resolved. If a mission say it take 8 minutes, The thurst for adventure de-pleats by 8 mins and the timer on the mission starts at 8mins also.

When I had the pig I could see the 10% displayed in thurst for adventure bar. I still have 25 days with the wolf....sigh!

Is there anything else you need to know?

Oh, I know what happened.

The Duration of a quest is 20 minutes, 15 minutes, 10 minutes or 5 minutes.
When you have a 8 minute-quest, it means, your 10 minute quest was reduced by 20% of its time.

The duration of a quest is automatically reduced, when you have a mount. So everything works just, as it should.

Yes, with the 20% mount yout qusttimes are reduced to that.

I could imagine, that your char is (was) lowlevel. Quite new in this game (and so I forgot to mention it) is, that up to level 10 (or might be level 15, I don´t remember it for sure) there are naturally reduced questtimes, that nobody can tell exactly. Or that might just have been a little bug. Without a screen of it, it is a bit hard to say.

Usually the quests a created randomly. But once they are created, their dates are fixed. At least I am sure, that when you look at your quests, then increase guild treasure bonus, and then start the quest, the new 2% bonus don´t apply to the quest. I can´t tell it for sure, but it´s propably the same with questtimes. Have a look, if the questtimes are still wrong, or if it was just this once.

Yes, we implemented a quick start feature...levelling is faster and easier for the first levels...and quests take shorter.
