TBH, entry lvl matters, but lvl for buying items doesn't matter. If you save you money and don't increase your stats you will be just buying items that does. The higher lvl you get the more money you get, this means natural control over what lower lvl's can buy. So making it an open market with your starting price followed by highest bidder winning, job soreted
