The local Community Manager is responsible for hosting contests. If you play on a server without contests ask the CoMa if he/she can host one.

Hehe it'll be easier to win in lottery than scrounge a contest from my support^^ (I hope its correct use of word "scrounge", I usually don't use or even know anything above simplest words and sentences so sorry if I messed up)
