Gem mine nerfed?

Since shortly after the underworld update I've been looking for a decent green gem to fit into a new item.

I've got a few black gems with better stats, as promised, but on the other hand all the other gems have been a lot worse than the ones I already have, even though I upgraded my gem mine not long ago. I used to get level 3 gems at 600+ and now they all seem to be level 2 and not more than 550 at best.

Is anyone else having this experience?

I have class games as good as it was before update. Maybe you have bad luck?
