Unlock the message chat section in game?

As many people play who speak many different languages, i find myself speaking only english, and one of my guild members speaking only Russian. However, im unable to go to a translator website, type in english and translate to russian, THEN copy and paste that into an in-game email. Is it possible to get some support on this and unlock this option?

There's nothing to unlock. S&F is a Flash game and the latest Flash version doesn't support the standard copy & paste function (control + c, control + v).

The shortcuts are control + insert and shift + insert. Before copying it the text must be selected with your mouse.
