Hunting for SB

Hello all. I need only 2 items in SB that aren't epic and Im done with normal items.
But, in last 10 days Im going from 300-1000 rank and no one has them!
Very strange!! All other things can be found on few players at least!!

Items that I need are 2 necklace/amulets:
1st is page9/bottom/ voodoo amulet/ 2nd top row
2nd is page10/top/ staring necklace/ 2nd top row

Btw , Im 99lvl with 92.54% SB

Any feedback will be nice!
