I'm from belgium playing on the dutch server 1
we made multiple complains about a other guild (croky) witch always fully signs in fore defence or attack within 10 to 20 min. !!! even when they atack us at midnight they still manage to fully sign ALL members???

the whole guild is beiing signed in by 1 maybe 2 persons and support does NOTHING we made notice of this multiple times ... never 1 answer??

Obviously someone knows everybody's passwords and signs them in any attack or defense....

Community Manager is active on forum. As for game I have no idea.

Theres no attacks limit (well theres for pvp but its not listed in Terms of Service, for guilds theres no such thing) but giving account access informations or login on more than 1 account (except account sitting) is forbidden. Only way to confirm this, is to w8 for a moment they attack, and check IP (i doubt they all reported IP sharing) of guild members. Thats the only way to confirm it and its within power of support. Personally I think 3 months is enough time.

Almost forgot. For now its only suspicion that people sign other members. It would be better for both support and players to give response if players/guild etc. reported by us really broke rules or not.

yes this is the thing we all think is happening! 1 person who signs in ALL 50 acounts fore attack or defense!

If someone or more then 1 person is logging in on a daily basis to ready the rest that could be considered account sharing. I don't know who runs support for the Dutch servers but PM Leander and see what he can do for you he is one of the best CoMa's we have in this game. He can see if it has been looked into and tell u of it has or not. Of course he can't tell you what if any actions has been taken.

That's means it has been looked into and all actions if any have been done. They can not and will not tell anyone but the ppl effected what or why the action was taken.
