Does anyone know if a weapon gives more mana in the AT than, for example, boots?

I am wondering if a higher value items such as a weapon gives more mana in the Arcane Toilet than, for example, a pair of boots (that is less in value)?

Standard item: 25 points
Epic item: 50 points
Potions: 10 points

It doesn't matter how expensive an item is or how good its attributes are.
