    Dmg reduction

    Hello,

Can someone confirm the below formula for dmg reduction (on intelligence example):

    avg_dmg*(1+intelligence /10 - my_intelligence/20)

So with GP 27%, avg_dmg ~1760 and 16441 intelligence points my enemy does 3 677 128 avg dmg.

I have 5159 intelligence points, so if I am correct his dmg will be reduced to
    3 100 558 avg dmg (it's 16% less).

Am I right or I am missing something?

Weapon avg damage * (1 + your main stat - main stats of your opponent/2) /10

On 100% you are wrong, just look on the formula in the game. Just wrong order of brackets.

I actually think he's right - your main stat is reduced by half your opponents stat ( eg if your main stat is Int, your Int is reduced by half your opponents Int before calculating damage ).

I've seen it in practice - Warriors who have not spent any cash on Int get double or even triple damage ( saw a lvl 300 warrior with 288 Int ) from me as a Mage -- fun times!

            This is true:

            And it's the same as avg_dmg*(1+(intelligence - my_intelligence/2) /10)

Not that the difference is anything noticeable, of course.
