You need to contact support so they can take care of it no one here can help you other then to tell you to contact support.

oh 2 tips first I suggest if you have access to a computer to login via that computer to buy your shrooms as they cost more via both ios and android as they want a piece of the pie. also once a month Playa usually has a shroom sale. So if possible wait till they have the sale get more for your money.

I am not sure on ios but on android the bottom left button is 2 tools click that then the "?" then click the support link then follow the directions in support. hope this helps.

iOS is the only payment option you don't have to contact us but Apple. They are responsible. Contact them, cancel your order and you will receive a refund.
