Worried of false accusations

Just a reminder of our rules: only 1 account is allowed per person and server. Playing or temporarily creating more to boost your guild with gold is NOT allowed! Accounts that breach our rules will be locked! Moreover, we will also punish guilds who are guilty of using illegal methods to develop more quickly!

I'm a bit worried about this since I'm sometimes playing with a guild mate/friend from behind the same router which I think could be mistaken to multiaccounting based on the IP that shows out. Is the risk there?

If you share the same IP (which also families do), you can send a ticket with your account names and email addresses and we will add you to the list of shared IPs. Then everything is ok.
