    I can not obtain fashion-concious????

    I am a wizard....
    wearing
    Masters Hat of the Superior Mind Int +835
    Masters Robe of the Superior Mind Int +812
    Masters Glove of the Superior Mind Int +824
    Masters Boot of the Superior Mind Int +812
    Assistanst Belt of the Superior Mind Int +821
    Astral Staff of the Superior Mind Int + 1608

    What am I doing wrong?

    You need Assistant's Gloves for that set, not the Masters Gloves.

          Everything I'm wearing is part of the Yeti Slobber set, but I haven't gotten the achievement. Does that not count?

            The Yeti Slobber is a gem. Gems are not needed for the fashion-conscious achievement, they do not count. You only need items:
