but this is still a disguise of your real IP.

You still getting things to see, which are not meant for you.
If you travel a lot, fine take you normal mobile data and connect with them, so why VPN?

ah i know you want to have the coins. so you disguise your ip and simulate, you live in germany, even you can't buy the products, which are seen in the movies ... so the producers get nothing from sending this to you?

Yeah seems fair -> so not allowed ... and even the all the time thing, you also disguise your IP, because you are not playing with your normal one.

It's indirectly found in the forum twice:

First one is one account per server:

the second is here; Only 1 forum account per user & IP allowed:

But where is the VPN, you may ask:
VPN changes your IP or you can simulate to live in another country with them, so you can live in Italy and simulate to live in Germany, what is not allowed.

    Just one question.

Beside what you thought, why, if it was never allowed, VPN policy is not in the ToS?

In the ToS there is a whole list of permitted and not permitted behaviours, VPNs are not even mentioned.

Not even in the forum "game news", "support", "faq" or in the game manual.

How someone should know about this?

Well Leander when did it start not being allowed as in this thread you didn't say it wasn't and even said why did the person buy one when you can get one for free

So either it was and now isn't which you should of said here or in one post you are wrong.

So this need to be clearified. I don't use a vpn but between the 2 threads how is anyone suppose to know which answer is right.

The question arose if VPN tools are allowed and the official answer is no. I'll ask the office concering your other questions.

Cool, how can I (well not me, thousands of players who don't visit forum) know what is and what isn't allowed if I can't read it anywhere? How can you punish someone if you can't show them anywhere in rules what they broke? They don't even have to use VPN tool for this purpose, they just have in browser for different things.

You cannot read this contract as it is between ad companies and us and not Playa and the community.

I already gave you the official explanation. VPN tools are not allowed.

I didn't ask why it isn't allowed. Can you please respond to those other two questions?

Because companies book ads to show to a certain audience. Using a VPN tool does not display them which breaches the rules.

    Therefore, it is not allowed.

Great move to just edit your post after four months so nobody can see that and everybody counts with your previous answer (it being allowed).

Where exactly can I read this contract so I can behave accordingly? How is someone who doesn't visit forum supposed to know that it's not allowed? VPN is being used for different purposes on daily basis and it's not against Playa's General Terms and Conditions.
