How can I do to search for a guild for a server that has not been created yet?

I am waiting for the next international server, the 27 one, to be open, and I want to get in touch with people before that for position my self into a good and active guild.

I write this here, because there is no place in guild section for that server yet.

Thanks for your answer, just as a recommendation, I would create the forum some days before the launch to let people as I organize and do some first contact with the community of the next server.
