Items stats bug ?

I understand what you mean, but you have to count bonus from all pets together. Difference of getting or not getting attributes is in total bonus which needs to be "whole" number. It doesnt matter if you finish one pet or just get another one to lvl 100, math is the same.

With Luchtablong at lvl 150-199, your potential bonus was 30,25% (just count all pets with that chart above) but you got only 30% (whole number). After you finished him, potential bonus raised to 30,50% (again, not more attributes). When you get Ninstarr to 150, potential bonus will raise to 30,75% and finally after you feed him up, you wil see stat increase, because total bonus will finally get to whole number, 31%.

I see what you're saying ... so you need to hit a Whole Number to achieve the bonuses

Exactly (read my edit above, last sentence, it would work too). One more thing, stat increase may not occurs immediatelly. Once I tried to track it, nothing happened, even after reload. I was little confused but after few hours I looked and stats were higher.

Aggravating ... I'll stick to leveling up the highest pet to continue to ensure I win every pet battle. I'd rather do it that way than compromise my average fruits per day. Should have fully loaded pets before 2021.
