    Hi, for me it is the same problem,

    gmx mail adress, company mail, nothing works. I checked the spam folder also, no mail for validation.
    Contact the Support also, no mail was coming.

    The mail for the forum was no problem.

    Maybe someone can sent me the mail address the mail is outgoing so I can adjust my spam settings.

    If you have a different email address try it with that one. Not receiving the auto reply is strange...sounds like your spam filter automatically deletes it.
