Question about toilet epics

Hello, I play a warrior char and noticed that I got the same type of shield twice from flushing the toilet, evven though there are three possible types.
So, is my character "doomed" to get only one type of shield (or sword) from the possible three choices or is it random and I just got unlucky (unlucky because I play in a world where nobody has one of the three toilet shields).

(ps : the shield I got is the one with the magnet, a pretty common one in my server)
