Hello,does anyone know why is the TV not showing for me? Either the tavern and Dr. Abawuwu. Some of my friends said to me that it's showing for them.

My best guess is that there is nobody that wants to advertise in your country. I have this problem living in Denmark. No ads means no lucky coins and consequently it is not possible to achieve the square eye trophy :-(

just to be sure: check in the options if the box "tube off!" is unchecked.
also, you could try it in the app (or at pc, if you're playing via app anyway). it seems to me, that the amount of ads varies on the media - but this is just my opinion.
