Not really. If your country isn´t listed in the sms payment options you can only buy mushrooms with other options, e.g. via bank transfer.

Do you have a bank account? I don't know how old you are but here in Austria everybody aged 16+ has one. If you don't have one you could also ask your parents to buy mushrooms for you. Community and Social Media Manager
