HELP I CANT LOGIN

IT SEEMS LOGIN-ing IS SO BUGGED
I DELETED MY BROWSING DATA AND IT LOGGED ME OUT
AND WHEN I TRYED TO ENTER MY ACCOUNT (didnt forget the password and account name) it says error login failed please check username and password
i tryed everything , forget password is not working also

PLEASE HELP ME
