Ok so ivalidated my account , but did not get the 10 shrooms. This does not give me a very good impression of this game, does this happen all the time or am I just one unlucky S.O.B.

Did you validate it yourself or did you send an email to [email protected] and I confirmed it for you? If the confirmation email does not work and it has to be confirmed manually the 10 mushrooms cannot be added due to technical reasons.

Confirmation

I validated and also got a confirmation stating that everything was cool and shrooms had been added to my account , but still nothing

Oh...sometimes it takes a while for the s to arrive. Did you really click on the link? Maybe something went wrong.

Yes, I got an email requesting confirmation, I clicked the link and confirmation was sent. Next day I got another email saying it was accepted and shrooms were added to my account, I don't believe if the link was broken I would get the second email saying it was accepted. Anyway , the short of it all , no shrooms!

I guess what happens is you promise something for a sign-up bonus, and claim something went wrong , or totally ignore the problem , hoping that the peeps spend cash for the items once they start playing the game. What you are doing is very deceitful and underhanded just to attract people to your game.

Definitely not. You normally get the 10 mushrooms for email validation. However, Yahoo accounts have a problem we cannot do anything about. It is not our fault but Yahoo's. Our validation system and code is perfect. Yahoo's filters cause the problem and automatically delete the confirmation email so Yahoo users don't receive it.

We already contacted Yahoo and asked for a solution but no reply so far.
