Account hacked
Hello all. One of my mage's accounts has been hacked. The password was never shared but she/he can not log on. The character has ended up in another guild. Any suggestions. I really hate losing a good character AND it really isn't fair to the person who put so much time and energy into creating such a character.
You may ask how I know this has happened. My mage has a second account which I know of. She/he wrote me from there.
This just came to my attention last night. I immediately wrote the character in question and the leader of the guild (old member of my guild). Any suggestions.
