I did all the uniques and sets. Descriptions and some item names might be off.

EPIC items scale with your level. ( On find )
Only the bonuses they give are currently shown.

You mean , if i'm 100 lvl and i am on dungeons 1>10/10 and D2>10/10 if i clear them i get item for my lvl (epic ofc)

How about the experience from dungeon bosses? Does that scale with your level too? Or is that a fixed amount?

It's a fixed amount. If you ignore all dungeons, level up until level 100 for example, then clear the first few dungeons the rewarded XP and items will be very weak so they aren't useful for your level anymore.
