Latest LD not loading/opening.

I'm trying to load and open the latest LD since 1 hour ago when it arrived but it doesn't work. Intro video gets stuck after 1 or 2 secs and then I try to close it by clicking on the X button and then a download progress comes but it gets stuck too. I tried to restart the game, the browser... And also the game takes a lot to load after I try to open the game again.

Anyone else? I saw some other people reporting this error. Help us. ;D
