Already contacted their support which just got me an autoresponse email from them, telling me they recieved my ticket and will respond within 36 hours. After that, silence. It's been several months now.

Click "Offers" again, then the three lines...and click the support link displayed there.

Been over 4 months for the first offer. All requirements met on all offers completed. Contacted Fyber on all 4. Only autoresponses, then silence.

I (so far) have had little to no issues with any of the offers. Make sure you wait the complete time they allocate before you receive the mushrooms. Some offers take a long time before adding the shrooms to your account.
If the deadline passes, I'd contact the support to see what they can do for you. You should have a offer number or something along those lines, maybe the support can help you out on that one.

Fyber is a scam
So, I've been trying out 4 of the "play this game for x amount of mushrooms" offered by Fyber.
So far I have recieved 0 mushrooms of the more than 2000 those 4 games should have rewarded me.
I made sure to read all the requirements I needed to do to get the rewards and then installed and played the games.
2 of the games had their requirements change, some time after I installed the game, making an easy/medium requirement suddently turn into an almost impossible requirement, unless I played almost 24/7.
I have contacted Fyber with all the games, info and so on and recieved an auto response email, where I had to confirm the problems, but have not heard anything from Fyber since.
Today, I looked up their homepage and wanted to contact them to ask about my issues, but on their contact page, I wrote a short message and pressed the "Send" button.
Then a message pops up, saying I have to accept all cookies to send a message, which I already did when I opened their homepage. I can't press the button saying, press here to accept all cookies to send a message. So, apparently, you can't send a message to them.
I would love to get the 2000+ mushrooms they owe me for playing those 4 games and spending a LOT of time making sure I met the requirements (even those that changed into harder requirements), which in 1 game took me just over 1 month to complete, so it really pisses me off to get screwed over like that.
In short; Fyber is scamming players, changing requirements after accepting easy/medium challenges and not paying out on those completed.Tags: None
