I have an account on s1.de where I play alone in my own guild. The pet level is calculated correctly -> my hero level divided by 25, but the pet stats equal my stats divided by 10, not 25. I am not complaining at all. Probably larger guilds won't see this "problem".

It might be that guilds with less than X members (5, 10?) will have this calculation.

So, I got the official answer:
It is always (attributes of the first up to 25 member) / 10
/25 is only for the guild pets level
