Timer not 20h / No merchant offer

When the merchant timer reset it was less than 20 hours and I did not get a boost offer from the merchant.

did you maybe login and forgot to go to the merchant and look for his offers?

when you first login the 60 mins start to run, if you logged in and forgot to check the merchant, hey gone after 60 mins and the 20 hour timer starts over.

The update fixed the issue and the merchant was there when it reset earlier.
And the timer started at 20hrs..

Can someone please explain to me how to get the merchant to appear at a time when I can access him? I keep on missing him - life gets in the way! I'm running on Steam on pc, usually keep the game open during daylight hours and pop in when I can. Would it be better to close it down when I'm afc?

yup. he appears as soon as his timer reaches 0 AND you are logged in. if you are not logged in, he will come as you log in. so you can't miss him if you logout.

Assuming your computer actually sleeps at night too...
somehow my computer turns itself on at night and since i dont logout from s&f, timer starts... haha.
Sigh, time to get in habit to actually log out.
