Same here.
Maybe there is still some hope left and the achievement takes some time to unlock. My advice is to leave your shoes off and wait till today afternoon (it's 00:13 now).

In italy we had a server reset and the achievement was unlocked just after.

For most players, it pops up when you log in, for some, it may just appear in the scrapbook as unlocked.[CENTER]

I got the achievement without having unequipped the shoes (I did not even know there was an achievemnt for this) because I had a shoe in my inventory.Comment

People who didn't even have shoes in the inventory got the achievement.
Everybody got the achievement.
