Sparkling Quests

What does the sparkle on some of the quests indicate?

When I go to the Tavern and select the person giving the 3 quests, sometimes one or more of the offered quests will have a sparkle around the quest tab.

Anyone know what that sparkle indicates?

These quests award extra XP and gold, as well as the missing sticker.

You get twice as much gold or experience from them compared to normal quest. Although they might not be better than normal quests in some cases
Also you might want to take those because they have special enemy at the end for your scrapbook.
