Hello Guys!

I have 2 questions, hopefully some of you know the answer:

1) I've reached gem mine level 100 and it doesn't allow me to build further. Do I remember wrong that gem mine could go up to 255? Is the max building level 100?
2) The server's hero ranking is based on honor point by default. How can you earn honor point? I noticed I get 10 for each quest completed. Is there any other way to earn honor point?
