    Can't login

    World:international w33 Nick: Red-Guardian

    Account was conected with Google play account and i tried conect it many Times with email but i never recieved message on email adres. So i tried unconnect account with Googlee and tried again conect with email but again no message on email adres. And next i couldnt log in on account cuz game want password when i never create any password for this acc


    Can u help me and connect email: [email protected] with this account? Im waiting 3 days for help but polish support isnt helpful and im waiting too long, i losing events and dungeon. Hope for quick reply

        Please note:- The issue is resolved - I did not notice that on the bottom left of the login screen the world was set to 60 since the update. I assumed entering my username and password would log me in.

        I did not check that the International world had changed. After changing it back to the correct International/European world on the different servers all was fine!

            While I can login now, everytime I go to the login page I have to change International world 60 to my current server.

            This only happened today. I wonder if this issue affects anyone else since the update?

            There is no problem changing World 60 to my current server. As it happens, I don't even have a character on World 60 that i play.

            If I clear cookies and cache and restart my computer then enter - https://w17.sfgame.net/ to access International world17, the bottom left of the login screen still shows World 60.

            Most importantly, I can change World 60 to my current server International 17 with no issues.

            The situation does not affect my game play which is essential!

            This issue is the same on all the other servers that I play.

            If my game play was affected for sure I would send a support ticket

                Firefox version 110.0 - Pointing browser to https://w60.sfgame.net takes me to the w60 server page. If I had a character on that server, I would be able to login ok.

                If I wish to play on any other server eg - https://w21.sfgame.net when I click already registered? login, then import, on the top is please enter account name and on the bottom left the game world is always world 60.

                I can always click on World 60, then enter a server from the list of servers. After that there is no issue whatsoever.

                This same issue applies to all the servers where I play. a character.

                I tried using a different browser, i.e. Google Chrome, to no avail, as I had the same issue there as with Firefox.

                It is a very minor issue that seems to affect only me and not other players.

                It just means that I always have to take that extra step before I can login.

                  That's strange. When you go to https://w21.sfgame.net (URL), then import your W60 char (not using the guest function!), the world displayed in the bottom-left corner should be W21. Can you take a screenshot and upload it somewhere please?

                    Hi there Leander

                    Yesterday I tried creating my first character on World 60. There was no problem at all. I was able to play without needing to change the Game World 60 (bottom left), as it was defaulted to that already. I then permanently deleted the created character on World 60, as I prefer to play on the new European server, so I currently have noone there now.

                    When I try to login normally on different servers where I have a character, Game World (World 60), ALWAYS appears on the bottom left since the update.

                    Before creating my first character on World 60, my exact steps for logging into International World 21, https://w21.sfgame.net/ and the "issue" re World 60, were as follows:-


                    1.) I click the url in my Firefox browser https://w21.sfgame.net/ - This takes me to the url https://w21.sfgame.net/ with the option to chose a class, or "Already registered?" LOGIN.

                    2.) I click LOGIN - I am taken to the Character Selection Page​ (no character found), with the 3 options that I can click - New Character, Import, or login as guest. I click Import. - N.B. the url is still listed as https://w21.sfgame.net/

                    3.) After I click Import, the new page shows add character, please enter account name, there is also an import (with Facebook logo), (I dont use Facebook to play S&F). Just below that to the left, is always Game World with World 60 highlighted. Please note that the URL still shows https://w21.sfgame.net/ .

                    4.) I click World 60 and then am taken to the Select World option. At that point I can scroll down the list of servers to International World 21 and login normally.


                    I am unsure where I can send you 4 screenshots, or where to download them? The screenshots would only show the exact 4 steps that I listed above.

                    I tried using my wife's laptop in case my own desktop computer was causing the issue. However the World 60 issue was still there also.

                    Before the last update, I never experienced a minor issue like this before, over the many years that I have played the game.

                    I did all the usual things a second time, deleting cookies, cache, restarting the computer, etc. It made no difference!

                    I must emphasise again that the issue does not spoil my enjoyment of the game.

                            The order of the Screenshots is 1,2,3,4,5 - The issue only occurs after clicking IMPORT (Screenshot 2) - Bottom left is always World 60 even after logging out and then logging in again to a different World.

                            I can of course click on World 60 (bottom left), to change it. to whatever World I wish to play, naturally where I have a character.

                              I don't know what you do that this happens, sorry. Can you record a video please, either with your computer or phone? I tested it and cannot reproduce this potential bug.
