    I am disabled, so I have problems making videos, or using a mobile at the moment Leander. It would probbably just show the 5 screenshots anyway. This minor issue seems not to affect others, For me it just means taking that one extra step to login to a different World.

    If in the future I experience anything different that is problematic, I will definitely send a support ticket.

        Now I get your problem! It is a bug...normally, you enter the URL in your browser and are taken to the world immediately. Now you enter the address, but regardless of your entered URL, you are always taken to W60 first...W60 is preselected....make sure to use cookies and directly enter w60.sfgame.net...and import the char, enable cookies...and you can play every day...without having to enter your data again.

            The account was connected to google play but i wanted to play on pc so i tried adding a email and password to connect to pc, but something went wrong. i didn't recieve an confirmation email, and now my sf account on my phone asks me for an password to the account.

                Can't login since friday. I sent a support ticket here: https://www.sfgame.net/support, but there was no answer so I used support chat.

                But there is a problem, because every IP address that I could possibly used don't match with the one in the system. Ticket ID: 19225.

                I have no idea what's wrong. My 582 level character is just lost or what? I missed legendary dungeon and some events, but account itself is the most important thing right now.

                Is there a way to fix this? Please help​

                  You seem to have submit the IP which your router distributes to your device in your home network. We would need your IPv4 which you may look up here: https://www.showmyip.com/.

                    Yeah, I got my account back. For whatever reason IPv4 shown at https://www.showmyip.com/​ was different than the one at https://whatismyipaddress.com/. Thank you so much for help 😁
