Can't find 19th shadow pet

I can't seem to be able to find the 19th shadow pet.
The description says that i am to clean the 13th sadow dungeon and then I can find it at Plains of Ozkorr. Now I cleaned the dungeon about a month ago and went to the location over 10 times and nothing... what am I missing? Has anyone gotten that pet in the remastered version?

Are you sure that you cleared that dungeon in shadow world? (Witch henchmen)

yes i did, I am lvl 384

after like 1 year of trying lol
evaded ~10 times

Only select quests with no quest rewards displayed. Moreover, sometimes it takes some more attempts.

It's possible if you are unlucky. It is a rare pet after all.
