    Average time for answering a ticket

    Hi, this is my first post in the forum
    I discovered the game watching videos from a Spanish youtuber that I follow. I started playing s12 spain and now here to try another class.

    I sended a ticket to support because I want to change something about my name, today it will be 1 month and since then not a single answer. Is this normal behave from support ? are they at least going to say something ?

    I really liked the game and even considered to buy mushrooms but I am really scared that something in the buy process goes wrong and I am going to be waiting for months or even won't have any kind of answer

    No, it is definitely not normal. Normally, all tickets are replied to within 2 days (from Monday to Friday). Make sure to check your spam folder. If you don't have our reply there (and no automatic reply either*), sending your ticket was not successful and you need to send it again.

    * the automatic reply reads as follows: "this is an automatically generated email. Please do not reply directly to this email.

    Thank you for contacting Playa Support! You inquiry will be processed as soon as possible.
    Please do not submit further inquiries on the matter as it may delay our response.

    The ticket number assigned to your inquiry is: 2019xxxxxxxxxxx Please keep this number to reference until your inquiry has been processed completely."

      Yes I have the automatic reply with the ticket number I received it almost at the moment I sended it. But no more emails in spam or anywhere
