Email problem

So I've created my account one or 2 years ago, and I got a new phone. I wanted to log in on my account on my new phone, but I totally forgot my password, I tried to change it, but it seems I don't have the right email linked to my account. How can I change my e-mail not knowing my email that is in use on my account and also not knowing my password.. How can I proof I'm the owner? Also I really want the free vouchers codes that has been sent to the emails.
