Guild Switching and Scrapbook

I was wondering, if I switch to another guild that is more active than mine, would the boss monsters in my scrapbook be updated or would I miss out on the boss monsters that I didn't get to take part in?

I'm trying to complete the book, but in order for me to get the guild honor achievement or slay the hydra achievement I'd need to move to another guild. However, all the guilds that would work for me have defeated boss monsters that I haven't seen yet and I don't want to miss out on those.
