Unfortunately, the start of the Hellevator was bumpier than expected on servers running on the new backend. We would like to apologize for the inconveniences caused.
Our developers did work on Friday until late night and during the weekend to solve the problem which, finally, lead to a solution to stabilize server performance.
During the cause of this afternoon, we will book 15 key cards to all accounts which participate in the Hellevator on new backend servers as a small token of appreciation. Some servers were completely down for about a day, those will get an additional 15 key cards booked.
