So what do you think is better: save for extractor, or use souls for gate and then save for extractor?

NOT COUNTING WHEEL OF FORTUNE

My server is tough because there are not a lot of easy wins like on other servers

Right now I am at:
Keeper Level 5
Torture Level 5
Gate Level 8
Keeper Upgrade 10

This allows me to defeat an easy LVL 61 Hero on the server at 8,988 Souls per day.

If I spend 100,000 souls
Keeper Level 6
Torture Level 6
Gate Level 9
Keeper Upgrade 15

It should allow me to defeat an easy LVL 72 Hero on the server at 17,035 Souls per day.

If I spend 250,000 souls
Keeper Level 7
Torture Level 7
Gate Level 10
Keeper Upgrade 20

It should allow me to defeat an easy LVL 92 Hero on the server at 24,922 Souls per day.

Currently - Soul Extractor 11 is 225,720 Souls per day
Next Up - Soul Extractor 12 is 340,560 Souls per day

Soul Extractor 12 requires 2,043,300 Souls (vanilla 9.05 days with SE11)

Here is the calculations for the above scenarios
G8SE12(2,043,300) / (SE11 (225,720) + Gate 8 (8,988)) = 8.71 days
G9SE12(2,143,300) / (SE11 (225,720) + Gate 9 (17,035)) = 8.83 days
G10SE12(2,293,300) / SE11 (225,720) + Gate 10 (24,922)) = 9.15 days

The SE12 delta for G8 to G9 is 41,000 Souls for .12 days
The SE12 delta for G8 to G10 is 150,000 Souls for .44 days

So, I decided on G9SE12 and should have SE12 in 8.42 days or less

EDIT 24 hours later: I am able to defeat LVL 92 Scout with:

Level 75
Keeper Level 6
Torture Level 6
Gate Level 9
Keeper Upgrade 20

So, I am able to achieve 21,110 Souls daily and have at most 7.28 days left until SE12

Yes, around 7960 (without chamber bonus).

Your tactic is outdated I got 300k souls per day from attacks and 225k souls from Extractor 11. I will start building Heart 12 in two days. Even if you make Extractor 12 today you will lose more and more every day.

Congratulations on reaching Hero level 270+ with Torture Chamber 11 and Gate 11.

Would you care to show us some screenshots of your Keeper Level and Hero battles?

I think you should consider investment in keeper. 21k per day is way to low and it will delay you.

I should get SE13 on/before January 12th

But it will still be a long haul and a lot of patience

Well I can get SE13 before New Year but I have very good target at 343 lvl. So I will invest 8kk in my keeper rather than SE13 (better pay off).
