Well keeper building lvl gives you only free upgrades. You made lvl 12 (2kk souls and it gives +20 lvl +20 upgrades) and on 100 upgrades is cheaper to make just them.

I am on 11/179. Now is worth make lvl 12 cuz I will pay 2kk for +20 lvl and +20 upgrades.

Yeah he will gives on max 373 78545 souls per attack. I am on 355 now (I will reach max in two days).

You can calculate it yourself (useful for planning) :

from 340 to 375 you get around 300 souls per lvl.
375-410 gives around 450-500 souls per lvl.
