Scientific notation for Arena

Hello!

I would like to see an option to switch between the current write out of arena numbers (money and rune) and scientific notation (E+110)

I reached the stage in arena where I have no idea about my number any longer (Unquadragintillion, Quattuorquadragintillion). Even google is no help any longer.

Seeing scientific numbers (3.4E+110) instead of these write out nonsense would be nice.
