Improve product quality

I suggest playa spends some time fixing the existing bugs - the ones reported by the community and the ones known internally.
Here is a short article with some reasons why that would be time well spent.

Unfortunately fixing bugs does not get you any money, it's better to create a new class and a new server (it will introduce new bugs, but it's okay because we will still get the money)

Seriously...these bugs are getting ridiculous and there are still bugs that haven't been fixed in months/years.

I understand that the people designing new dungeons and the people fixing bugs are different departments, but with every patch there are more and more bugs, and you are more and mroe behind with bug fixing. Something has to be done, either hire more people for the bugfixing department or improve the QA for new patches so that they don't come full with bugs.
