what happened to the old app
 
so yesterday the old app( the newest one before the remastered one) was fine this morning I login to it and it is the remastered version that shows up. I use IoS. did apple make Playa only use the remastered version for either app or did something go crazy and use the remastered instead. if it was done on purpose it would have been nice to get a heads up that it was happening.

Unfortunately, the old app no longer works. The old version required Adobe Air but it is no longer supported by Adobe. Therefore, Remastered is the only version from now on, sorry.

Great, since the update I canít play anymore on my ipad air.

It starts loading the game and then after freezing on the last 5% of the loading bar for a while, just crashes to desktop. (Exactly the same problems i had with the seperate remastered app).

IOS is up to date, closed all apps, tried changing connection, resetting connection, rebooting ipad, even reinstalling app a couple of times, but nothing works. I even tried again to install the seperate remastered app.

As soon as i am forced to upgrade the app on my iphone, i have no more way to play this game.

You need to uninstall the app, then install the new app. Sorry, it is the only way because of the reasons posted before.

If you already have the latest app version and it still does not work, please send a support ticket:

If you upgrade The regular app, it gets replaced by the remastered app code. And as I said above, I tried both the apps. Support ticket sent.

yeah was soooooooooo nice of Playa to give us a heads up that this was gonna happen. I can understand the why but not the exaction of letting the player base know.

4 days since I have sent a ticket. No reply yet, not even got a confirmation my ticket was received yet. Still cant play on iPad. Great service.

If you don't receive the auto reply and a ticker number, check your spam folder. If nothing is there sending the ticket hasn't been successful. In this case please send it again. Some providers don't work that well...what's yours?
